Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 09:00am on the the day of the first race until the "off time" for the last promotional race on this date (the ''Promotional Period'')
  2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.

    4. Mechanics

  4. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible player (as defined below) must place an Eligible bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
  5. Players must:
    1. be over 18 years old; and
    2. be an existing or new real-money player at bwin; and
    3. have opted into this promotion; and
    4. be able to see this offer onsite at time of bet placement

  6. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
    1. Place a bet on any of the below races, and if your selection finishes 2nd  or 3rd, we will refund your stake as CASH up to £10
      Valid races: First race everyday
    2. Must be a minimum stake of £5 or above to qualify;
    3. Bets placed using a Free bet will not count towards this promotion; 
    4. Applies to Win singles and the Win part of Each- Way singles only;
    5. Applies to official result only. First Past The Post rules do not apply;
    6. Does not apply to races where fewer than 5 runners take part, even if race is originally listed as part of the offer;
    7. Does not apply in the event of a dead heat;
    8. Will not apply to bets on un-named selections e.g. “the favourite”, or to selections in multiple bets;
    9. Cancelled bets will not count towards this promotion; and
    10. Cash Out bets will not count towards this promotion.

  7. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet that places 2nd or 3rd during the Promotional Period:
    1. We will issue Cashback equal to the stake amount of the Eligible Bet up to of £10.
    2. In the event of multiple Eligible Bets only the first settled bet will count towards this promotion.
    3. Cashback will be paid out within 24 hours of the bet settling.
    4. Stakes will not be returned on winning bets placed with free bet tokens.
    5. Maximum Cashback for the day will be £10.

  1. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation
